Foundation Skills Assessment (FSA)

This week we have been preparing for the FSA's.  Students have been trying the practice FSA's on line and on paper.  Next week we will be starting the official FSA and it is extrememly important that all students attend.  This assessment is province wide for Grades 4 and 7.  It focuses on reading, writing and numeracy.  The information from the assessment is given to the school and parents.  We use this information to provide support for students in the coming years.  An informative handout will be coming home soon, as well check out the website.  Students may also practice the samples at home.
